Who are we ?
Bus for Us is not only an organization but it is also a group of highly enthusiastic people from various social backgrounds, various walks of life where there is no age bar. The only condition is that the member should be an MSRTC lover (ST premi)
What do we do ?
In our childhood , we all have travelled by State transport buses atleast once. Our organization is a group of those people who show unconditional love, care and who are constantly working for the betterment of state transport.
How it started ?
From the past many years, our group has been operational on my social media platforms, and today it has culminated into this organization. The only reason for that being our unconditional love for those red beauties.
The members of this group love MSRTC buses right from their childhood. In the years 2007/2008 a small section of people formed a group on the photo sharing website Flickr and started sharing photos, information regarding MSRTC. Along with photos, information about new buses, routes, bus numbers etc was also shared on this platform. After sometime came Facebook which was very user friendly where we started a group named “MSRTC LOVERS GROUP” and from there the real journey began. For many years, we were operational on Facebook which helped us take our work to more and more number of people. Later, we also became operational on Instagram and ultimately to give all our work a legal framework we registered ourselves under the name ‘BusForUs’.
How we grew ?
Over the years a number of people with a similar thought process and goal as us connected with us and this hobby of us was transformed into a medium to promote public transport.
MSRTC over the past many years has been binding to a number of social obligations. MSRTC has taken people from various strata of society into consideration and it is impossible to forget this contribution.
As passengers, it is important to make public transport strong and also fight to help uphold its existence is what we follow.
So in accordance with the burning issue of environment conservation, we MSRTC lovers have used our love towards this organization as a means to promote public transport which has given birth to this organization named BusFor Us.
