Pravasi Mitra Kaksha (Passenger Helpdesk)

A helping hand to MSRTC during rush season.In Diwali, Holi, Ganpati and in other Yatra gatherings, MSRTC operates extra buses to cater to the heavy rush of passengers. To help handle such heavy rush of passengers, we MSRTC enthusiasts work as Pravasi Mitra and act as a helping hand to MSRTC. We help passengers with their questions regarding bus timings, where a particular bus will arrive, bus reservation and other queries related to their travel.

Bus For Us Foundation has been organizing Pravasi Mitra Kakash at various bus stands all over Maharashtra. If any person wishes, he/she can join our Pravasi Mitra Kaksha and offer a helping hand to our beloved MSRTC.
